Newsletter July 2008

In addition to our annual tented exhibition at the Cheltenham Cricket Festival this year we are also holding an exhibition of Jack Russell’s original paintings at the Spice Lodge in Montpelier Drive a beautiful Pan Asian restaurant just around the corner from the cricket ground. This venue has a wonderful ambiance ideally suited to the atmospheric moods Jack creates in his works. There we will display a selection of cricket, wildlife and landscape paintings which will in fact represent the biggest collection of Jack’s original works ever displayed in Cheltenham.

The Spice Lodge exhibition will run from 15th July until 30th August the opening times to view are: 12noon – 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 11pm daily including Sundays. You do not need to eat and entrance to the exhibition is Free.

We are also displaying four of Jack Russell’s paintings at the forthcoming Cotswold Art Exhibition which is being held at Prinknash Abbey Park from
9th –20th July.

So as you can see we are set for a particularly busy two months when we hope to renew our acquaintance with our many collectors and of course meet new prospective ones; we are looking forward immensely to this and hope the weather is kind to us all.
